Payment Terms

A non refundable 10% deposit will be paid at time of confirmation with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the rental. All payments to be made by bankers draft.

Cancellation

If full payment has been taken and cancellation is made within eight weeks of the rental, then there will be no refund.

The rental prices include a formal, legally binding letting agreement and all properties will be let in accordance with this.
